Last 2 are I got my hair done tonight. I've had 4 job interviews in past 3 weeks. I took myself out of the running for 1. Was offers the job at all 3π...yes, I interview very well & am thankful I have great job skills. This new job, I pretty much accepted is a slight pay cut...will need your help to make up the difference π...but I get a company car. Should be less stressful & better work life balance!!!

Works been exhausting so I'm apologizing for the same posesπ¬. I like to meal/food prep so I've always have something to pull from the freezer for lunches at work. This is a pork tenderloin, dry rub, sweet baby ray's BBQ sauce (no sugar added) done in crock pot then shredded. I made sweet slaw. Also super easy. Chop cabbage, shredded carrots, vinegar, light mayo, Miracle whip, & Greek yogurt, celery seed, artificial sweetener. With the yogurt can get watery after a few days so I may just chop cabbage & shred carrots & put half in baggie to make slaw later. Then mix up a batch to eat in a couple days. So then used heart healthy pita (50cal & low net carbs), pulled pork, add more BBQ sauce, dill chips & slaw.π delish!

Good news...sorta. I've had 2 job offers both over my current salary. They're offering hybrid schedule allowing work from home 2 days. Downside is it's a much further commute with traffic 25 min on a good day, up to an hour on not so good dayβΉοΈ. And my boxer's bladder isn't going to care if I'm stuck in traffic π¬. π€ decisions, decisions π€. I am great at what I do & the company is heavily pursuing meπ...nice to be wantedππ

Tho fruits have natural sugars they still cause your bloo.d sugar to spike & crash causing hunger. By pairing with lean protein, it stabilizes the bloo.d sugar not causing a spikeπ

Downside of fairly clean eating at my age...evening abs are worse than trying to find Waldoπ. Bloat & cramping is a very common evening occurrence. So much so, I've given up eating dinner and opt for protein shakes instead π

My last 2 pics of my heart rate monitor from this mornings workout. I want to offer a PSAπ. Cardio is great & u burn a ton of calories. Strength training you don't burn as many calories...but what u do burn is all fat. Cardio doesn't distinguish what it's burning...fat & muscle. Plus when u lift you get the afterburn. Your metabolism is elevated for the next 24-48 hrs after lifting. This is why I Strength train & a little Cardio π One of these days I'll finally be able to do a pull-up π€£
