Hard swim! If training for triathlons... Only do intervals which last at least 3 minutes (3-5) to boost your peak sustainable speed and power. Anything shorter is only boosting your anaerobic system... This motion is key for shoulder stability. Lighter weights for this. I use 5 to 10 lbs dumbbells for this. Keep the elbow at the same height as the shoulder.
