I’ve been doing a lot of work behind the scenes 💪🏼
So much goes into living a healthy lifestyle. I was always good at working out but struggled with my meals. Even when counting my macros I couldn’t figure out why I wasn’t losing weight. Turns out my metabolism was trash and once I started including more veggies in my diet and cutting out processed foods I started seeing results!

Are you getting enough water throughout the day? One of my goals for this year is to drink a gallon of water a day. I’m also trying to reduce my plastic use so I have this refillable 1 gallon glass container🫶🏼
Water makes up to 70% of your body and is so important to your body’s function! I add electrolytes to my water to make sure that I have enough minerals in my body to help me retain the water that I drink. I noticed so far that my skin has been super soft and I’ve had less breakouts on my skin 🙌🏼

Although I’ve been active in the messages, I’ve been in quite the funk when it comes to being creative and taking photos for my main wall. The holidays are no joke! Let me share with you one of my favorite full body finishers for when I hit shoulders and back 🥵🥵
This plank variation works your whole body from your shoulders down to your glutes. It’s a lot of fun to do and barely even feels like an exercise!
You want to make sure that you keep your core nice and tight and that you are not arching your back in anyway. Make sure that your hands are face down parallel to your shoulders and not too far out 😇♥️
