My last 2 pics of my heart rate monitor from this mornings workout. I want to offer a PSA😁. Cardio is great & u burn a ton of calories. Strength training you don't burn as many calories...but what u do burn is all fat. Cardio doesn't distinguish what it's burning...fat & muscle. Plus when u lift you get the afterburn. Your metabolism is elevated for the next 24-48 hrs after lifting. This is why I Strength train & a little Cardio 😁 One of these days I'll finally be able to do a pull-up 🤣
