Yourself and your soul. Your relationships. The world around you. Your feelings. Your body. Your touch. Your energy. Everything - Deeper. đź’In our world today - we have normalized disconnection and distraction. ~ It is normalized for us to choose to disconnect. Rushing through touch with our bodies or sex disconnected instead of feeling the rush in the full opening and heightening of each piece in presence. ~ It is normalized where when we feel worry, fear, anxiety boredom, etc - we disconnect. Our heads in our screen. Our touch, disconnected from ourselves. Ourselves choosing - distraction. I lived disconnected this way for many years and finally said - no more. I found that when I leaned into presence as well as to honoring the depth of me and life instead of disconnection or distraction - there was more JOY that also came to be felt. I felt more ME than ever before. My range brought me - freedom. The greatest gifts are hearing feedback from clients in working with me in this way. To hearing how much more they’re feeling connected to themselves. How much more they’re enjoying connecting with the small aspects that were missed in life before Hearing them embracing, honoring and loving - is everything 🤍 To this beautiful life of DEPTH.
