Added 2022-09-08 18:06:44 +0000 UTCSo this is my morning supplemental wellness routine, not one that I recommend, but just that suits me that aids my body in detoxifying, processing, repairing and creating energy. I love the ease in taking the right supplements to ensure full body activation and utilization, and love that I know how well it functions when I take mindful care in aiding its processes! My diet consists lately of mostly raw, high fat and fiber rich (organic plant based only) basics, minimally processed and simply prepared, gut friendly recipes with lots of micronutrient rich varieties of bomb-ass flavor combos… At 5’3” I’m 143lbs and have never felt more LEAN!! Crazy, I never thought I’d be able to “lean bulk” being vegan, but here I am lol.
