

Me & my tiger stripes reminding you to stay hydrated ๐๐ฆ๐ The most important meal of the day is water! ๐ฆ๐ haha but really we need water to regulate alllllllll our bodily functions. Dry skin/mouth? Water! Overweight? Drink water instead of your usual drink. Got a cramp? See if youโre thirsty! Constipated? Your intestines needs some lubrication! Dry pussy? Hydrate yoโself! Lol there are so many things that we label as disorders or problems when the reality is that most of us arenโt getting enough water in our systems without all the sugar, caffeine, carbs, whatever.
