I know because whenever a friend tells me they want to be on Onlyfans and I tell them what I do daily, they say, "Oh, I didn't think it would be that much work." I'm pretty efficient with everything now, but it was a ton of hours a day at first. People don't want to do it. Especially not on top of a full-time job like I have. Oh, plus being on call. But it is fun and creative, unlike working in the hospital, and I get talk to a bunch of awesome people!
