Getting home from work about 6-6.30. I’ll play some with Mic..

Getting home from work about 6-6.30. I’ll play some with Mickey, feed him, and eat something myself. I’ll start packing my lunch bag and cook if I absolutely have to. Try to do batches on the weekends. Then I’ll do about 15 min of training before we go for a walk. By time we get done, it’s about 7.30. However, I want to be in a lean bulk phase which means my goal is to eat enough to grow my muscles. I should be gaining 3-4 lbs a month, most of it muscle. I know sounds silly, but I’m actually serious about it. Off to bed. Night night😘
